1. Agreement to Terms

• Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment.

• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Pay for services according to the agreed payment schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in project proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on most projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Ongoing services are billed monthly
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information without permission. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our methodologies and processes. Detailed confidentiality terms may be outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any deliverables.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we provide our services “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice according to terms specified in project contracts. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
